I have taken all the files from my working website and placed them in this zip for you. a couple of things you need to know. This was only tested on a phpnuke version 7.7. I can not offer any support for this zip. It has everything you need to install a new module. Just follow the steps in the install file and you will be fine.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013
